In Chinese Medicine, our feet are the foundation of our health. They house key acupuncture points and meridians that connect to our vital organs, influencing everything from circulation to digestion and even emotional well-being. Given your feet support you every day, it's only right we give them a little bit of care, but the benefits of healthy feet go far beyond a little pamper. A simple foot soak can help boost circulation, reduce tension, and promote deep relaxation—a perfect ritual for winding down after a long day. Relaxing and caring for the feet can also improve the circulation of Qi and blood through the kidney, liver and spleen meridian which are key for women's health and fertility.

Why Soak Your Feet?
Encourages circulation – Warming the feet helps move Qi and Blood, easing pain and stagnation.
Relaxes the nervous system – Perfect for stress relief and sleep support.
Detoxifies the body – Helps draw out impurities and neutralize acidity.
Supports digestion & immunity – By warming the Kidney and Spleen meridians, foot soaks help with digestion and overall vitality.
